All Things is a calligraphy and design studio that was born out of a desire to make your wedding details reflect your personal wedding style through a completely customized process. This is your chance to get your creative juices flowing and really set a tone for what you want your wedding to look and feel like – is it laid back and fun, or is it chic and classy? Chances are the invitations you’ve found online might be cute but they don’t exactly match what you had in mind for your biggest day yet.
Well it sure is nice to meet a fellow dreamer (and maybe a little bit of a perfectionist to0), because this is exactly how I felt when I was planning my wedding. Lucky for me, I already knew I wanted to design my own invitations (and virtually every other aspect of our wedding as well). I made moodboard, on moodboard, on moodboard for literally every part. Moodboards are my JAM and that’s why our consultation will always start with a free moodboard for your wedding. It’s for you, it’s for your fiancé, your family, and eventually it helps me help you better.

Why hello! My name’s Caroline Swinney and I am the creator and calligrapher behind All Things. I have been doing calligraphy for four years now – my journey with modern calligraphy started while I was studying Graphic Communications at Clemson University. My curiosity started because my notebooks for school were constantly filled with cursive doodles on the side. Through the advice of my exceptionally artistic aunt, I decided to enroll in a course that would teach me the art of calligraphy and I haven’t put down the pen since.

All Things is named for Colossians 1:16-17 and because I want to create all the things with and for you.
I’m an enneagram 4 - also known as the romantic or the artist, as I’ll happily dream up your wedding with you and help you carry out the artistic details.
I’m always watching the show Friends but I honestly don’t have a favorite character (but it’s definitely not Ross).
My husband and I almost decided to elope in Colorado, but decided to have a small wedding with our family and close friends at the Outer Banks instead. Either option would have been equally stunning and romantic.
I’m originally from Pennsylvania but now live in the great state of North Carolina with my husband and pup (he’s a German Australian Shepherd and the greatest dog ever).

I don’t see your pricing – how much of an investment is it?
I do not provide pricing packages due to the very “à la carte” style of my services – meaning, you can pick and choose certain services that you’d like for me to provide. During our initial conversation, I will ask you about what services you are interested in and we can chat about the best course of action!
